BEGO FUENTE creations are handcrafted, therefore there can be some appearance differences between the jewelry pieces that must be considered completely normal because of the special handmade processes.




The order will be shipped within 7 to 14 days, once the payment is received.

Our in-stock items will ship within 3-5 business days of placing your order. Out of stock items will ship within 1-2 weeks of placing your order.

We ship our products worldwide:

Spain 6€ ( except the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla) for orders under 100€.free delivery over 100€.

EU - 10€ or free delivery over 100€ via registered mail, providing you with the tracking number.

For orders outside EU 15€ .Additional costs could be charged due to duty and custom charges.

We are not responsible for damages once the order is shipped, however we make sure that items are packed and secured carefully to keep your purchase safe during its journey.

If your package arrives damaged or tampered with, you must write 'DAMAGED' when you sign for it.



Can I return a product?


We want you to love your jewelry! If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase we are more than happy to refund your order. Bear in mind that to return an item it must be unused, undamaged and within its original packaging. We offer a 10 days returns policy. However this does not apply to certain items of excluded jewellery, which are:

  1. 1.Personalised items, bespoke items, customised items and items that have been made to order.
  2. 2.Earrings, for safety and hygiene reasons.
  3. 3.Items that have been worn or are not in the same condition as when they were shipped.

Generated return costs need to be covered by customers (except faulty products). After we confirm that the items have been returned unworn and in the same condition and we approve the return we’ll give you a refund by the same method you used to pay.

If you want to exchange the product for different size, color or style, you need to make a return and place a new order.

When ordering rings, it is the customers responsibility to ensure that they have ordered the correct size. A ring ordered in the incorrect size can be re-sized, but this may be subject to a charge.


What if the jewellery was broken or faulty?


In the rare situation where your order is received broken or faulty, please notify us within 48 hours of receipt at and we will look to get a replacement shipped to you as quickly as possible. You will need to send back the original piece; if the faulty item is not received, you may be invoiced for the replacement.


What if my jewellery needs repair?


We stand behind the quality of our work and want you to be able to wear and enjoy your piece for years to come. We offer a 1-year warranty on all of our pieces. If it has been longer than a year or the damage is a result of undue wear and tear, a small repair fee may be charged. Please email us at with any repair inquiries.

Please also know that although every effort is made to photograph our items accurately, color may differ slightly from photos due to different monitor settings. Please contact us with any questions about the color or size of any item before purchasing.
